Reus Airport
Reus Airport is a public airport located about 7.5 kilometers from the city of Tarragona. It is operated by Aena and primarily serves the Reus municipality.

There are several airlines that are operating on this airport. These are First Choice Airways, Flybe, Monarch Airlines, Ryanair, Thomas Cook Airlines and Thomsonfly. Budget and cheap flights are offered from this airport that is why it serves as a better option rather than going to Barcelona International Airport.

To date, there are about 27 international flights and 2 domestic flights leaving this airport weekly. The largest aircraft that flies out here is the 189 seater 737 plane. Increase in passengers on this airport started in 2005. it is expected to even increase by February 2008 because Ryanair will make Reus Airport as its base.

Transportation and Facilities
Taxis and buses are available from the airport terminal. There is a taxi rank which is situated outside the buildings. The routes of the buses is from the airport going to Reus and back again. These buses are likewise found outside the terminal area.

Within the terminal are several facilties to help the traveling public. There is an information center where they can inquire regarding their flights and other related information. For those who need to withdraw cash, there are several ATMs that they can use. Other facilities include several restaurants and shops. Disabled facilities like reserved parking spaces, restrooms and ramps are provided for the disabled passengers.
