Queen Alia International Airport
Amman, Jordan, is home to the Queen Alia International Airport. It is a three-terminal airport, housing two passenger terminals, along with a single cargo terminal. It is located in Zizya, 32KM away from Amman, Jordan, towards the South. Amman is the capital city of the Kingdom of Jordan, officially known as the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, an Arab country in Palestine.

The Queen Alia International Airport is home to the Royal Jordanian Airlines. The Royal Jordanian Airlines is the national flag carrier of Jordan. The Queen Alia International Airport is also a major hub for the Emirates, Jazeera Airways, Jordan Aviation, and Gulf Air. Built in 1983, it was named after the third wife of King Hussein of Jordan, Queen Alia.

Transportation and Facilities
To get to the Queen Alia International Airport, there are Airport Taxis and Express Buses that are available round-the-clock, in addition to Rent-a-Car options.

Banks and foreign currency exchange centers are widely available, as well as international restaurants and bars such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Popeyes, Cinnabon, among others. Wireless Internet or WiFi is available all throughout the airport, and wireless internet cards can be purchased in the four World News cafes and public telephone outlets. Duty and Tax Free shops are also accessible from Terminals 1 and 2, operated by Aldeasa.
